Was charged on the free hobby plan

I linked my debit card which has international transactions available when I freshly created the account and was asked to link the card first with a $0.0 payment which I did.

Later I was asked to verify the card and this time was asked to perform a payment of $8.19 dollars which I did. Will I get this amount refunded, as long as I do not exceed the free credit of $5 ? This payment does not show up in the invoice.

If that 8.19 was simply to verify the card, you should get it refunded but apparently it can take some time.

Hi @Tricky, there are a couple of possibilities: This was a pre-auth fraud prevention thing. In this case, we immediately cancel the pre-auth but it can take up to 10 business days for your bank to show that the money was not captured. You created a new organisation and were billed for the Hobby plan. As a reminder, only personal organisations on newly-created accounts are eligible for free trials. Subsequent organisations are not eligible, and will be billed for the cost of their plan immedia…
