Been charged on the free plan?

Hi @Tricky, there are a couple of possibilities:

  • This was a pre-auth fraud prevention thing. In this case, we immediately cancel the pre-auth but it can take up to 10 business days for your bank to show that the money was not captured.
  • You created a new organisation and were billed for the Hobby plan. As a reminder, only personal organisations on newly-created accounts are eligible for free trials. Subsequent organisations are not eligible, and will be billed for the cost of their plan immediately. You will be shown a checkout UI explaining that your card is about to be billed when creating new organisations.
