Missing Free Credits / On Pay As You Go Instead of Hobby

Hi! I recently created an account and added my card (not prepaid), but my org shows I’m on “Pay As You Go” and has no $5 free credits.
Could you please switch me to the Hobby plan and apply the credits? Thanks!

Hi… The Hobby Plan has been closed to new sign-ups, and Pay as You Go is the only option these days.

In general, you can email billing@fly.io to resolve questions about such things; this is usually a much better option than the community forum—particularly when it involves specific details of your account.
