Launch Plan not applied

Hello,

We updated to the Launch Plan last month which also appears as an item on our billing. For September there are also the Free Usage Tiers listed. However, it appears that our account is still somehow marked as a Legacy Hobby Plan. For this month we have the Launch Plan for $29 on our billing, but not any of the free usage tiers.

Can you please look into this? I’m writing here because I haven’t found another way to contact support except for community support which is the only option for accounts on the Legacy Hobby Plan. We are currently trying to launch new apps on Fly and want to make use of Fly Volumes in a restricted region which currently fails because the system thinks we are not on a paid plan.
