Overcharged, no way to access email support

I apologize for spamming this a second time but I’m not sure how else to get ahold of fly support. I posted this topic last week, but got no replies. Upgrade to Launch from Hobby

I thought maybe the issue would be resolved at the start of August and I could reach out to Fly support through an email channel, but the issue persists.

Currently I was charged the full price for the Launch plan in July despite upgrading from Legacy Hobby on the 28th, and I have a line item on my upcoming invoice for the Launch plan but I don’t have access to email support. Please advise.

You should still be able to email billing@fly.io despite not paying for tech support. They might take a short time to respond but hopefully will be able to assist.

Ok great - thanks I did not know about that address. And I actually am paying for tech support :sob:
