Failed to submit support request

I bought the 29 dollar Launch plan a few days ago. But after not getting any response from billing@fly.io about my issue I downgraded back to the “pay as you go plan”. However I am still on the Launch plan for a month.

I am now trying to submit a support ticket via the dashboard. And it keeps erroring out with “Failed to submit support request”.

The whole ordeal has been pretty demotivating.

Why am I unable to submit support requests?

Hi,

I didn’t see any emails from your address on-file in the billing queue. If possible, please resend your request and we’ll get to it.

As for filing a support request, it’s possible you were affected by a network incident we had around that time. If possible, can you retry again on dashboard?

If you still get the error, please try sending us an old-fashioned email to your dedicated support address (you should see it in your dashboard support page) - this should always work as long as your Launch plan is active, and is not subject to e.g. Fly.io dashboard errors or outages.
