Dashboard Apps / Support seem to be down

Getting “failed to load apps” trying to load the apps for my organization. Tried to submit a support a request and it said “failed to submit support request”. Anyone else experiencing outages or issues?

Yup - getting the same error. The dashboard won’t load apps. One app new and having a runtime error in which it’s not reading configured secrets. So I’m left wondering if that’s related to this error.

The other app appears to be running fine, but again I can’t access it via the dashboard.

Okay, seeing confirmation that migrating the production traffic on Fly’s end is affecting the Dashboard:

That is correct! A few queries are very slow at our new db instance which included our apps list and some machine version related stuff. We are sending a fix to the dashboard page and checking our indexes and cache on the recently booted instance too so everything will be smoother anytime soon
