I am behind my in my plan payment. I was able able to use the card before that. Now It rejects my payments and I can’t deploy to fly.io anymore. Since, that plan also had email support, I can’t use email support at the time to ask for help. Kind of weird.
Hi… There’s a dedicated email address that can be used to resolve such situations, :
For questions about a specific invoice or account management issues, email us at billing@fly.io.
Unlike the others, it does not require an active support plan.
