Your account has been marked as high risk CLI

I am unable to launch Fly from the command line interface (CLI) as I receive the following error message: "Your account has been marked as high risk”.

Although I have already upgraded my plan and made the necessary payment, the error persists, even after changing my organization.

What else needs to be done to resolve this?

Well, several people have met this problem recently and I’m one of them. I don’t know other’s situation, but for me this problem persists no matter what I tried.

Hi, please could you email us - we’ll sort it out for you. If you’re on a plan with a dedicated support email, you can use that address. Otherwise send it to billing@fly.io.

I have emailed billing@fly.io 4 days back, but still no reply.

Please sort this out!
