New account flagged as high risk

Hi @billy. I was just invited to the newly created organization set up by my employer. The organization has a valid CC added as payment method. However, I am not able to run fly launch as it says my account has been marked as high risk. Can you please adjust my settings? I saw you were able to do this for others who experienced similar problem. Thank you!

I’ve emailed billing as you suggested, but haven’t heard anything back. How long does it take them to respond?
