Error: Your account has been marked as high risk

I am the tech leader of a small group and we’re just moving from DO to Fly.Io.

We have already funded 25 US, as you can see in the dashboard… and still doesn’t work. The CLI says

“Error: Your account has been marked as high risk. Please go to Sign in to Your Account · Fly to verify your account.”

Could you please help me?

What happens if you go to https://fly.io/high-risk-unlock and carry out the instructions within?

It doesn’t detect we have already registered a card (and prepaid).
