Account Verification Issue - Marked as high risk

Hello,

i have been hosting my app on fly.io for more than year, never faced any challenges with billing, but today when i tried to redeploy my app, i got error saying that my account has been marked as high risk. The worst thing is i never got any notification that my account has been marked as high risk, what if i never tried to redeploy then i wouldn’t have even known about this.

To resolve the issue, i tried two different cards but they all seem to decline for some unknown reasons, stripe did accepted those cards but when i tried to make the payment, it didn’t worked.

I am confused what to do now, any help would be appreciated:)
