Urgent support / upgrade need

Hey.

We are in the middle of a project and need to upgrade to Standard or Premium Support plan, but when i try to do that it says that it requires a “pay as I go” plan, which I then “downgraded” to. And now i see this under billing: “Hobby Plan ( downgrading to Pay As You Go Plan on Apr 1 )”. But i need to upgrade right now, today! How?
