Can't Upgrade to Standard Support Until Next Month

Hi there,

We have an organization that is currently on the Hobby Plan. I’m attempting to add Standard Support for the org, but it requires me to change to Pay As You Go. I’ve done that - however, it says the new plan won’t start until April 1st + I’m still unable to add the Standard Support for direct email support until then.

Is there a way to add it early to a given organization? Glad to DM whomever can assist the org name and related details.
