Unable to change plan

Tried to upgrade to the Launch plan for email support (to help with this issue 502 Gateway errors from IAD) but it shows me a button to add a payment card (we’re already paying on the hobby plan).

When I do add a card through the stripe interface it just brings me back to the same screen asking me to add a card.
