Hello I removed and re-created my app twice today and now can’t get certificates to be generated. Both are stuck at awaiting can you please help?

verified is green but both
ECDSA
RSA
are still red
Are you using Cloudflare for DNS by any chance? That can cause issues with validation, if you are using a proxied/orange record.
yes its disabled as well as the universal SSL
Er … not sure then! That should work if non-proxied/grey-cloud.
Maybe give it a push by re-adding the certificate? It might have got stuck since you mention your app has been re-created and presumably has the same name.
I had this issue before, did you happen to turn on the orange toggle when your app was created? You’re suppose to keep it gray until the certs are validated before turning on the proxy (orange)
it was always gray and disabled as I’m familiar with fly.io but I think fly has some sort of ratelimiting
similar cases were reported and resolved manually by fly in past: Certificate stuck at Awaiting certificates - #30 by fightingtheboss
latest state for my certificates is this RSA is still red 
support email replied with “we issued the certificate sucessfully check lets encrypt ratelimits” which is not really useful
lets debug is all good as well, at this point as I have the ECDSA assigned I guess everyting should be ok?
