New feature: self-service payment retry

There are many reasons a user might be stuck on payments: expired card, no limit at the moment of the charge, 3D Secure payments did not go through…

With that in mind, we just shipped a relatively simple new feature to let you retry failing payments, provided you’re an Admin of that organization.

We will also tell you from our new dashboard that action needs to be taken.

Other than that you can reach this page by going to the organization overview page manually.


Just used this; worked as expected! Would’ve been great to be able to use the credits I already added while attempting to remedy the situation.
