Added credits after payment failed, still says payment past due

Fly authenticated my card but is unable to pull the pending payemnt because of having 3d secure on my card. Also using a debit card.

So I bought 25$ credit, still it says payment due.

How do I make it work?

Would I be charged next month or something because I have last month payment due.

Now I’m unable to deploy, says you have payments overdue.
