I sincerely apologize. I boosted your personal org, and not the one that you linked me to . This should be fixed now. Iām also merging a change soon that should prevent this regression from occurring again.
Itās working now! Thanks a lot
Works now! Thanks!
@billy I am experiencing the same issue. Have been using these different Orgs (environments) for over 6 months now and suddenly I am seeing
==> Verifying app config
Validating fly.staging.toml
Platform: machines
ā Configuration is valid
--> Verified app config
==> Building image
WARN Failed to start remote builder heartbeat: Your account has been marked as high risk. Please go to https://fly.io/high-risk-unlock to verify your account.
Error: failed to fetch an image or build from source: error connecting to docker: Your account has been marked as high risk. Please go to https://fly.io/high-risk-unlock to verify your account.
The question is why, specially when both Orgs (invicta-ready-staging and invicta-ready-production) have Credit Card and all invoices paid. Could someone please un-mark this account from high risk to a regular account?
Thanks,
Daya
Hi @billy, Iām currently facing the same issue, Iāve verified my account with my credit card twice. I was able to successfully do fly launch
at first, but fly deploy
fails with:
Error: failed to fetch an image or build from source: error connecting to docker: Your account has been marked as high risk. Please go to https://fly.io/high-risk-unlock to verify your account.

I got the same issue. Iāve just done ONE successful deployment after input my credit card info and got verify. And then I got this āhigh risk accountā issue when I try to deploy again. By the way, I only have ONE org. I think this is a very serious issue instead of a technical problem.
@billy have suggestion on who to get help from when trying to upgrade my org to a paid plan and getting an error (Failed calculating the next invoice to change your plan. Try again later.)?
I did originally have the issue with getting marked as high risk when we signed up, but that seems to have been fixed.
Its been happening for several days now, billing said its a stripe issue and has no resolution but says there are eyes on it. I was able to add credits to the hobby plan, but that does not help us get to a paid plan so that we can use tech support.
Hi. Can you check?
my account is marked also as high risk and my machine is in suspended mode.
Please help me!
I destroyed the machhine but on deploy I get that error.
Thank you

Hello @billy can you also take a look at my account, I have the same problem as well but Iām still on the Legacy Hobby Plan. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

@billy Hello, I encountered the same situation, prompt Error: input:4: createRelease Your account has been marked as high risk. Please go to Sign In Ā· Fly to verify your account.
Can you help me solve this problem?
fixed your org up
went ahead and boosted everyone in this thread who was still marked as high risk. weāve been working in the background on some changes to make our trust checks be lessā¦aggressive, and those should be coming into play sometime very soon. Thank you all for your patience. New people may still be marked as high risk, but an email to the address specified (either support or billing) should get you fixed up very soon.
Hi, Iām currently facing this issue too and sent an email last week but havenāt received any answer. I already placed a credit card but nothing works, any tips?
Has a verification fee been charged to your card?
