Following up— I’m seeing a different org id when clicking out from the fly.io dashboard compared to when I visit there directly. That explains the 404s.
Honestly this is insane. First time fly user, don’t have metrics access (and support is paid?). How can I get access to what I’m paying for or even properly report the service not working?
I don’t even care I’m exposing org id— this is some org ID that doesn’t belong to my account, yet it’s what’s linked from the fly dashboard?
Just to be extra clear, this is what I see what I go directly to fly-metrics.net— I most certainly have activity for the past few days, yet there’s no data at all.
On the flipside, my Tigris dashboard works great, no problems at all.
Your login seems to be hitting some conflict between your recently-created account/orgs and an older (stale?) account/org, perhaps Grafana or your browser is holding onto some stale cookies/tokens and getting mixed up in the fly metrics oauth flow. I’d suggest trying the fly-metrics logout url (fly-metrics.net/logout, it will automatically attempt to re-login), and if that alone doesn’t work try clearing cookies to both fly.io and fly-metrics.net and try again. Hope this works for you.
Hi @Sig,
Sorry for the inconvenience, the case-sensitivity fix I mentioned in that other thread was accidentally reverted in a recent change. It has been re-applied so I hope this login is working for you once again.
