Log Search - Login failed Sign up is disabled

Hi, I am wondering if anyone is having issues accessing Log Search in your organization? Mine has been broken for several weeks and I keep waiting for a fix but I guess its not coming? I get an error on the Grafana page saying:

Login failed

Sign up is disabled

Same here, tried another browser - same result:
Login failed Sign up is disabled

Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing Grafana login failures, hopefully we can get this working for you both.

There hasn’t been any widespread issue with Grafana logins, but this sort of individual login failure can sometimes happen because a specific user account is somehow incompatible with Grafana’s database (like a missing/empty username/email, for example). I’ve enabled some extra debug logging for individual login failures, so please try again to hopefully help us track down the issue you’re experiencing.
Another type of login issue can sometimes be fixed by visiting https://fly-metrics.net/logout to clear our any potentially-conflicting session data, so you can try that as well. (Though since one of you already tried with a different browser, it’s unlikely this is the issue.)

Thanks for following up. We upgraded the Grafana version a few weeks ago, and it looks like it brought in some changes to case-sensitivity that caused a login conflict with accounts that had non-lowercase email addresses. I’ve applied a fix, so please try again and let me know if it works for you. Sorry for the inconvenience!
