App Grafana URL: 404 not found

We have 3 apps, and all of their Grafana links return a 404 not found.

Clicking on Metrics > Open in Grafana via the fly.io dashboard just returns this (org/app names purposely removed):

Anyone know how to fix this or if my Dockerfile needs something extra for it to work?

This is a known issue related to the Grafana session getting out of sync with the logged-in Fly.io account when creating a new organization or switching logged-in accounts. We hope to fix this eventually, but for now resetting the Grafana session by going to fly-metrics.net/logout is the current workaround.
