I received pre-authorisation charges but my account is still locked

Im getting error message “confirm your payment method to keep using our platform”. Im using debit card, and received a pre-authorisation charges. How do I resolve the issue?

Just in case you’re concerned, pre-auths aren’t actual charges and they are immediately cancelled. It can take your bank a few days to reflect the cancellations. More info here.
