Hello i connected my card and it says “confirm your payment to keep using platform and so I can unlock my account” and it says I need 10$ inside but I will not get charged but after clicking it 1 time it says error but I got charged then I clicked it again then I got charged again now I lost 40$ how can I get it back
is this a scam or what
