My account has been locked

My account got locked after I charged my account with $25 is there a way I can get that back? or get my account unlocked?

billing@fly.io isn’t responding to my email

You may need to wait up to a week, or waiting for specific mod to reply you. They may reply pretty slow but yeah billing email support every plan.
