One-time Account authentication failed but not refunded

The dashboard asks me to confirm my payment method.

I tried to unlock it but it didn’t work. I think it’s because the card is expiring next month. But credit card billing still costs $7.38.

I used another credit card and tried it again. It cost 9.95 dollars and unlocked successfully, then I got a refund.

But I still didn’t get the refund of the first time.

Has anyone had this problem? What should I do?

Hi… Try waiting a few more days; the world’s credit-card system is, in general, not as instantaneous as ideally it would be, :turtle:. If it still hasn’t disappeared, then email billing@fly.io—and give them the same details that you provided above.
