How much does it cost to scale the only memory?

If I set to shared cpu 1x, with 512mb, or 1G of memory. How much would it charge? I didn’t see this around the pricing

How much is the 512MB though? Not all the options are on there

I noticed that you get 3x 256mb VMs for free. If you use a 512mb VM. Would that be calculated as 2x 256? Or just as a different VM?
