I’ve tried to create a postgres database with the simple command fly pg create for numerous times and failed with error message : “Error: failed to create volume: Temporary error creating volume. Please run fly volumes list in a few minutes and see if it cleared up”. (region: London lhr)
A few LHR hosts are having issues and we have marked them ineligible. Let me know if you still see the issue.
