Hey Guys, I had added $150 as balance which appeared as credits in my fly account. Today, I woke up with seeing $0 balance as credit, it’s so frustrating. Is there anyway we can resolve this ? It would be really bad to lose out $150 balance.

Hey, responded to your email, but for posterity - this is related to our billing outage. The credits are there, we just aren’t able to query our provider for the balance. I’ve manually synced your balance on our end as a stop-gap solution
