Phoenix.new credit seems to disappear

Trying out Phoenix.new yesterday and I went through my initial 20 credit. I went into fly.io and added $50.00 but when I went back to my phoenix.new instances it said I have 12.00 left??? How did I lose $38 almost immediately?

Perhaps I should be contacting someone else but I see no free support at all in the fly.io dashboard or phoenix.new setup.

This also happened to me a few times.

For example, I just started a session with a few bucks.
It went much longer than I thought.

Then I topped up with $40 and its still saying I need more credits.

Is it going negative balance for a bit and just not showing in the UI?
