Hallo,
When I started with Fly, I had bought credits.
I’m still in a sort of test period with Fly.io .
I came back today and I saw that my credit is gone.
From July, I can see that there is some sync problem.
I heard that there was an incident with the credit display on the UI, not sure if it’s fixed yet, but my credits are still on 0$. I had 13$ something previously. I am writing this as I have received an email that all my credits are used now, which is confusing to me as I still had some dollars on it. Thanks in advance!
We are in September so the issue should be resolved.
I can’t find any other way to contact fly than through the forum.
I have gone through all invoices trying to find where my credits went
but they are all basically zero.
How can I see where my credits is of if this is a sync problem?

Ps: A couple of week, I needed to add a credit card.
May be there is something related here.

Hi, as you suggested, this is very possibly a syncing issue.
The 100% reliable place to check your credits is on the billing page (https://fly.io/dashboard/ORG_SLUG/billing
); there will be a sidebar titled “Active credits” which should show you all your credits, including purchased credit.
