Added balance to account but our account keeps getting flagged as high risk

Everytime we run fly launch, it fails with the error Error: Your account has been marked as high risk. Please go to Sign in to Your Account · Fly to verify your account.

Hi… Personally, I would try emailing billing@fly.io at this point.

(Unlike the other addresses, any user can send there; you don’t need an active support plan.)

You mentioned a “we”, so perhaps there’s a mismatch between organizations, or similar—but I’m just guessing.
