Why I can't launch an app in a organization to which I was invited by the owner?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently facing an issue when trying to launch a Phoenix application within an organization where I’ve been invited as a team member by the owner.

Initially, I was prompted to add a payment method. I attempted to complete that step, as shown in the screenshot below:

However, the process did not complete successfully, and I still receive an “Not authorized” message when trying to launch the app.

The organization owner has confirmed that my user (Nestor) is correctly listed as a member of the team:

Despite being part of the team and attempting to add a payment method, I still don’t have the necessary permissions to proceed.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi… Indeed yes, many times. The resolution is the same for every question specific to the administrative state of your own account: contact the billing address.

(I understand the temptation to ask here in the community forum instead, though. We’re fun, but not really that helpful for this kind of thing, .)
