How do I tell Phoenix.new to deploy the app to my organization instead of my Personal account?

I have a Phoenix.new app that I am trying to deploy, but Phoenix.new can only see my Personal account. However, all my credits and my payment methods are under my organization account. How can I tell Phoenix.new to use my organization account?
