Upstash charges have started to pile up and we just started a machine a few days ago with zero traffic to our app. However Upstash is showing 130K “commands” on our Redis machine. This makes no sense and feels like it’s an issue on their end, please help.

I know that can be surprising, when you’re just starting to build an app.
Are you using a queueing library like Sidekiq, BullMQ or Celery? These tools aggressively poll Redis, and are best suited to the Upstash $10/mo fixed price plan instead of the default pay-as-you-go plan.
You can update your plan using fly redis update.
