Our production app is down (upstash connection) and we have not had a response from support since the 17th


Would it please be possible to escalate our support request? We have connection issues from LHR to upstash Redis. Upstash say the connection is ok on their end.

We’ve not heard back from support since Friday.

We replied - I think you may have been left off CC, but the reply went to support@. We’re taking a look at this now.
