I am getting this error
I suspect I may have deleted the fly auth access token that the grafana app was using. I was just trying to cleanup the tokens, there are many being created per day with the name n/a — Grafana (fly-metrics.net)

How can this be fixed?
Try logging out of grafana and logging back in, or clearing your cookies for that domain.
