We’re unable to deploy our app with a newer version, fly.io returns No deployment available to monitor. Scaling the app up/down returns Count changed to <NUMBER> but nothing seems to be happening according to the admin dashboard. There’s no issues on https://status.flyio.net either… is anyone else …
