My Tigris bucket is no longer responding to uploads.
The bucket name is black-dust-3615
The Tigris status appears to be OK.
Uploading from the Tigris UI also results in a request timeout.

Could you try again. We were having some capacity issues in LHR which was causing latency to the database, this leads to some transactions timing out and then that causes the upload to fail.

It was temporary issue. It seems to work now.
