Since June 26th, only some logs are available via NATS

Since June 26th, 10-11pm, only 33% of logs are available via NATS. We expect to receive 60 events per hour via synthetic monitoring, but only received 18-20:

This dropped to 20% from June 27th, 11-12pm.

Is NATS load-shedding?

Just reported a similar error here: Not seeing NATS logs for the last 2 days. Seems that there is some issue on the Fly side.

Yes, that is the same issue that is affecting us too.
