Postgres instance isn't initiating when launching a new app in MIA region

Hey all,

I’m trying to launch a new application. The step “Waiting for machine to start…” doesn’t show up when I try to launch from MIA region. The DB instance stays in pending forever and I don’t receive the secrets.

I tried in GRU region and it worked fine.

I don’t see anything in Fly Status Page
