I created a new app, and I see this in the logs:
lhr [error] could not find machine state, this is an internal problem
Scaling to 2 machines fixed the issue.
That’s a weird error. I’m glad scaling fixed it, but I don’t understand why it would.
I had another client app, where after scaling RAM the app would not boot (looks like it was somehow not reading the secrets).
After scaling the count it started passing health checks: https://community.fly.io/t/v2-production-rails-application-after-scaling-wont-start/13128
Might have been due to max-per-region flag
