Invoice amount suddenly doubled even though I haven't changed anything

Hey, I just got my invoice for december and the amount almost doubled. I haven’t added any new machines as far as I know and there hasn’t been any bandwidth at all. It is really hard to decipher what I am actually being charged for. It seemingly doesn’t match the app I am a running.

It’s a bit unsettling that I don’t find a way to contact someone apart from this forum. Can someone help me?

It’s not a huge amount of money (12$ vs 7$), but it’s scary to have this happen.
