I have deployed the app

If it is “shared-cpu-4x@4096MB”, will there be a charge instead of a free quota?

Since I hit the command fly scale memory 4096, I feel that the specs of the machine have been deployed with this every time.

In the fly launch command,I chose the following selections

Select configuration: Development - Single node, 1x shared CPU, 256MB RAM, 1GB disk
