I am trying to create a postgres database using the fly postgres create command but I am constantly getting this error.

I found this question and the same solution of choosing different region worked for me as well.
I wanted to know why is this error coming and how to solve it other than changing the region.

Any help would be highly appreciable.

This is a bug. Our volume accounting sometimes marks arrays as full that aren’t, which prevents creating news volumes. We fixed it up so you can create Postgres clusters in ewr now, sorry about that.

A longer term fix is coming soon!
