Database Size Metrics chart per machine/alloc

Hey folks. Just a slight improvement for your Monday.

We noticed our dashboard Database Size metrics were adding up all replicas and primary regions into a single value which would show a not-so-useful deal since the others are just replicas.

Now you can see that same chart with one entry per allocation/machine.

Any chance charts will start show top values on y-axis at some point? The 4.8 I assume is 50% and full size you can see only in popover. I mean, doing 2x multiplication is good for you, but
