Certificates not being issued?

Seems this is a fairly common issue, but I can’t figure it out.

The certificate for apic.al has not been issued yet.

Hostname                  = apic.al
DNS Provider              = 101domain
Certificate Authority     = Let's Encrypt
Issued                    = 
Added to App              = 49 minutes ago
Source                    = fly

Your certificate for apic.al is being issued. Status is Awaiting certificates. Make sure to create another certificate for www.apic.al when the current certificate is issued.

A whois search indicates normal propagation as far as I can tell- DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool

I even tried deleting the certificate and re-adding it on Fly, but no change.
How can I troubleshoot further?
