Certificates are not issued for a specific domain

Hi, I’ve been trying to solve this problem for a while now, but have been unable to come up with a workable solution. I have an API deployed and I want to add a custom domain to it, when I create a certificate, the DNS records are verified but the certificates are not issued. I tried adding a certificate for different subdomains and everything worked.

I found this topic where a similar problem is described, I tried adding a new CAA record but the problem still persists.
