Can't get certificate issued

Hi all,

I’m trying to issue a certificate for one of my domains, but it doesn’t seem to want to issue it.

  • I have another domain from the same registrar that has been issued a cert.
  • I have waited over 24 hrs and no cert ever gets issued
  • I issued dedicated IPv4 addresses and tried re-issuing the cert.
  • I deleted the app I was trying to add the domain too and created a new one from scratch added the domain and here we are 12 hours later and still no cert.

I’m thinking I might have issued too many request in a short amount of time, but its impossible for me to confirm. I can send the details over a PM if they can’t be seen from the support side.
