Certificate not being generated

I’m trying to generate a certificate for my custom domain. I have made many attempts since yesterday (based on the feedback from other threads) but no luck so far.
I believe I have correct configuration. Here are the details -

1. Required domain configuration on fly.io dashboard
   
   
2. Cloudflare domain configuration
   
   
3. Stuck create certificate request
   
   

Am I missing something obvious? Would appreciate any help.

I don’t see any public records for ospatil.dev. The domain doesn’t appear to be registered.

My bad, I’m sorry. I used my expired domain instead of the current one. As soon as I configured the valid domain, it worked like a charm.
